ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmember Cramerding, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, AUTHORIZING the transfer and return to source of $6,000 from Councilmember Cramerding’s General Fund personnel services operating budget account no. 050x022x7100 to the unappropriated surplus of General Fund 050 effective immediately; AUTHORIZING the transfer of $6,000 from the unappropriated surplus of General Fund 050 to the unappropriated surplus of Contributions for Recreation Purposes Fund 319 effective immediately; AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $6,000 from the unappropriated surplus of Contributions for Recreation Purposes Fund 319 to Cincinnati Recreation Commission (“CRC”) non-personnel operating budget account no. 319x199x7300 to provide resources for CRC programming, effective July 1, 2026.
