Long, City Manager, on 5/28/2026, ESTABLISHING new capital improvement program project account no. 980x232x262360, “Wasson Way Phase 7 PID 114602 COTF Grant,” to provide resources to assist with the construction of Phase 7 of the Wasson Way Shared Use Path; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate a Clean Ohio Trails Fund grant of up to $500,000 from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (“ODNR”) to the newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x232x262360, “Wasson Way Phase 7 PID 114602 COTF Grant”; AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the grant resources into newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x232x262360, “Wasson Way Phase 7 PID 114602 COTF Grant”; and AUTHORIZING the City Manager to do all things necessary to assist with the construction of Phase 7 of the Wasson Way Shared Use Path project, including but not limited to entering into any agreements necessary for the receipt and administration of the ODNR grant resources.
