ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 5/6/2026, ESTABLISHING new permanent improvement program project account no. 980x199x261949, “Aquatics Furniture and Equipment - GF,” to provide resources for the acquisition of pool furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including but not limited to tables, seating, umbrellas, and other shade structures, needed for City pool facilities; AUTHORIZING the transfer and return to source of $100,000 from existing capital improvement program project account no. 980x199x231915. “Recreation Facilities Renovation - GFCO,” to the unappropriated surplus of General Fund 050; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $100,000 from the unappropriated surplus of General Fund 050 to newly established permanent improvement program project account no. 980x199x261949, “Aquatics Furniture and Equipment - GF,” to provide resources for the acquisition of pool furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and including but not limited to tables, seating, umbrellas, and other shade structures, needed for City pool facilities.
