ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmember Johnson, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Mathis Street at Madison Road in the Madisonville neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Barnes Brothers Way” in honor of the Barnes Brothers Barbershops, and their lasting impact and dedication of service to the Cincinnati community for over sixty years
