Long, City Manager, on 3/18/2026, ESTABLISHING new capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262350, “Ridge Avenue Rehabilitation MTIF Grant 2,” to provide resources to restore deteriorating pavement along Ridge Avenue in the Oakley and Pleasant Ridge neighborhoods; ESTABLISHING new capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262352, “Elm and Main Street MTIF Grant,” to provide resources to construct replacement track drains along the streetcar alignment in the Central Business District and Over-the-Rhine neighborhoods; ESTABLISHING new capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262355, “Hopple Street Viaduct PID 121735 MTIF Grant,” to provide resources to replace expansion joints and wearing surface along the Hopple Street viaduct in the Camp Washington, North Fairmount, and Millvale neighborhoods; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept a grant of up to $4,559,000 from the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (“SORTA”) Metro Transit Infrastructure Fund (“MTIF”); AUTHORIZING the City Manager to appropriate SORTA MTIF grant resources as follows: (1) up to $3,000,000 to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262350, “Ridge Avenue Rehabilitation MTIF Grant 2”; (2) up to $560,000 to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262352, “Elm and Main Street MTIF Grant”; and (3) up to $999,000 to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262355, “Hopple Street Viaduct PID 121735 MTIF Grant”; AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit SORTA MTIF grant resources as follows: (1) up to $3,000,000 to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262350, “Ridge Avenue Rehabilitation MTIF Grant 2”; (2) up to $560,000 to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262352, “Elm and Main Street MTIF Grant”; and (3) up to $999,000 to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x262355, “Hopple Street Viaduct PID 121735 MTIF Grant”; and AUTHORIZING the City Manager to enter into any agreements necessary for the receipt and administration of these grant resources.
