ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 2/25/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a grant of up to $13,947 from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Mosquito Control Program to investigate the prevalence of mosquito vectors and the incidence of infection in mosquito populations, to identify density locations for mosquito vector species, and to educate communities in the immediate area regarding how to reduce the mosquito populations; and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the grant resources into Public Health Research Fund revenue account no. 350x8536.
