MOTION, submitted by Councilmembers Walsh, Jeffreys, Owens, James, Albi, and Vice Mayor Kearney, WE MOVE that the City Administration provide a report to City Council evaluating the City of Cincinnati’s current sidewalk snow and ice removal policy, including its effectiveness, consistency of compliance, and enforcement practices during recent winter seasons.
