ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Chickering Avenue at Este Avenue in the Spring Grove Village neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Amir Anthony Jordan Way” in honor of Amir Anthony Jordan, a beloved son, brother, grandson, and community member whose kindness, imagination, and compassion left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
