MOTION, submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, WE MOVE that City Council support the $87 million Burnet Square project that includes approximately 300 mixed -income residential units as well as retail units, by committing to working with the administration to find the needed resources left by the unexpected gap in the capital stack.
