MOTION, submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, WE MOVE that Cincinnati City Council adopt the Rules of Council from the immediate past council as last amended on January 4, 2022, until Council adopts new rules or further revises those adopted today excluding the following which replaces Rule 10.2 Standing Committees in whole: 10.2 Standing Committees. (a) The Standing Committees of Council, commencing January 6, 2026 shall be: (1) Budget, Finance & Governance Committee, (2) Climate, City Service & Infrastructure Committee, (3) Economic and Cultural Opportunity, (4) Housing & Growth Committee (5) Youth & Human Services Committee, (6) Public Safety & Quality of Life; (b) Appointment of a Member to the Standing Committee shall be for the Term.
