Long, City Manager, on 11/19/2025, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for a grant of up to $120,000 from the National Recreation and Parks Association (“NRPA”) for lighting and parking infrastructure improvements at the Losantiville Recreation Area; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept an in-kind donation of lighting and parking infrastructure from NRPA through Musco Lighting for the Losantiville Recreation Area valued at up to $100,000; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate up to $20,000 in grant resources from NRPA; and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the grant funds into Fund 319, “Contributions for Recreation Purposes,” revenue account no. 319x8571.
