Long, City Manager, on 10/29/2025, DECLARING that the City’s expenditures from Department of Community and Economic Development General Fund non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x164x7200 for Main Street Small Business Support Programming serve a public purpose because the small business operating support will foster local improvements and investments and increase neighborhood vitality in Over-the-Rhine.
