ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 10/15/2025, AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $256,117 from the unappropriated surplus of Sawyer Point Fund 318 to various personnel and non-personnel operating accounts, according to Section A of the attached Schedule of Transfer, to realign sources with uses and provide for the continued operation of Parks Department activities; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $55,080 from the unappropriated surplus of Cincinnati Riverfront Park Fund 329 to various non-personnel operating accounts, according to Section B of the attached Schedule of Transfer, to realign sources with uses and provide for the continued operation of Parks Department activities.
