ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 10/1/2025, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a grant of up to $4,200,000 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Lead Hazard Reduction Grant Program (ALN 14.900) to provide resources for remediating lead-based paint hazards in eligible homes throughout Cincinnati and addressing other health risks through the City’s Healthy Homes program; and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit up to $3,960,000 into Lead Hazard Research Control Fund revenue account no. 387x8556 for lead hazard control and up to $240,000 into Public Health Research Fund revenue account no. 350x8556 for Healthy Homes initiatives.
