Long, City Manager, on 9/24/2025, AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $1,800,000 from the unappropriated surplus of Convention Center Fund 103 to Enterprise Services Convention Center Fund non-personnel operating budget account no. 103x243x7200 to provide resources for contractual service obligations and the termination of the current naming rights agreement for the Convention Center.
