MOTION, submitted by Mayor Aftab Pureval, Vice Mayor Kearney, and Councilmembers Owens, Jeffreys, Albi, Walsh, Nolan, Parks, Johnson and Cramerding, WE MOVE that the City and the Union agree to create a new leave code that specifically applies to follow-up appointments related to an employee’s prior occupational cancer diagnosis.
