LEGISLATIVE APPOINTMENT, submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, and Councilmembers Parks, Johnson and Cramerding, Pursuant to Article II, Section 5a of the Charter of the City of Cincinnati, WE MOVE that Anthony Covington be appointed to the position of Clerk of Council-designate beginning on Monday, September 22, 2025, through October 31, 2025, for the purpose of training with the incumbent Clerk of Council, Melissa Autry before she retires. WE FURTHER MOVE that Anthony Covington be appointed to the position of Clerk of Council from November 1, 2025, through the end of the current Council term.
