MOTION, submitted by Mayor Aftab Pureval, Vice Mayor Kearney, Councilmembers Walsh, Albi, Johnson, Parks, Cramerding, Jeffreys, Nolan and Owens, WE MOVE that the City Administration settle the lawsuit and subsequent appeal surrounding the Labor-Management Agreement between the City of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Fire Fighters Union Local 48. WE FURTHER MOVE that the City Administration use funding from the FY25 closeout to cover any financial impact from the settlement.
