ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Mayor Aftab Pureval, Vice Mayor Kearney, President Pro Tem Parks and Councilmembers Albi, Cramerding, Jeffreys, Johnson, Nolan, Owens and Walsh from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, REPEALING Ordinance No. 97-2025, passed by Council on April 23, 2025, which amended the official zoning map of the City of Cincinnati to rezone the real property located at 2719 Erie Avenue in the Hyde Park neighborhood from the CN-P-B, “Commercial Neighborhood Pedestrian- Neighborhood Business District,” zoning district to Planned Development District No. 103.
