ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 9/4/2025, AUTHORIZING the transfer and return to source of $75,000 from the Office of the City Manager non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x101x7400 to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $75,000 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to existing capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x252312, “Wall Stab. & Landslide Correction,” to provide resources to stabilize a landslide and inspect, rehabilitate, and replace the retaining wall and appurtenances at 1769 Carll Street; and DECLARING such expenditures to be for a public purpose.
