ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 9/4/2025, AUTHORIZING the transfer and return to source Fund 411, “Home Investment Trust,” of $679,483.94 to close out or decrease certain existing project accounts, according to Section A of the attached Schedule of Transfer; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $679,483.94 from the unappropriated surplus of Fund 411, “Home Investment Trust,” to various Strategic Housing Initiatives Program project accounts, according to Section B of the attached Schedule of Transfer, to provide funding that will be spent in a timely manner to support vital City programs.
