ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 6/11/2025, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate $2,571,769.89 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Home Investment Partnerships (“HOME”) Grant Program (ALN 14.239), to fund various Home Investment Trust Fund 411 project accounts in accordance with the attached Appropriation Schedule, the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, and the 2025 Annual Action Plan to fund projects and operating allocations for the HOME Grant Program; ANNOUNCING the City’s intention to use this sum for projects and operating allocations for the HOME Grant Program in accordance with the attached Appropriation Schedule, the 2025 Annual Action Plan, and the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, and to file the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and the 2025 Annual Action Plan; and AUTHORIZING the City Manager to file the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and the 2025 Annual Action Plan.
