Long, City Manager, on 6/11/2025, ESTABLISHING new capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x252317, “EV Charging OTR Garages Grant PID 122817,” to provide resources for electric vehicle charging infrastructure in parking garages located in Over-The-Rhine (“OTR”); AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a grant of up to $895,972 from the Carbon Reduction Program funds awarded from the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments, as administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ALN 20.205), to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x252317, “EV Charging OTR Garages Grant PID 122817”; AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the grant resources into capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x252317, “EV Charging OTR Garages Grant PID 122817”; ESTABLISHING new capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x252358, “EV Charging OTR Garages - 3CDC Contribution,” to provide a contribution to install electric vehicle charging infrastructure in OTR Garages; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate a contribution of up to $250,000 from Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x252358, “EV Charging OTR Garages - 3CDC Contribution”; and AUTHORIZING the City Manager to enter into any agreements necessary for the receipt and administration of these resources.
