Long, City Manager, on 6/4/2025, APPROVING the petition for the 2026-2029 Services Plan that was submitted by property owners within the Downtown Cincinnati Improvement District; APPROVING the 2026-2029 Services Plan adopted by Downtown Cincinnati Improvement District, Inc.; and DECLARING the necessity of assessing the real property within the Downtown Cincinnati Improvement District in order to raise funds for the implementation of the 2026-2029 Services Plan in accordance with Chapters 727 and 1710 of the Ohio Revised Code.
