ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 5/21/2025, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (“STEP”) grant of up to $70,000, effective FY 2026, from the State of Ohio Department of Public Safety, Ohio Traffic Safety Office (ALN 20.600), to aid in reducing deaths and injuries resulting from vehicular accidents and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the STEP grant funds into Law Enforcement Grant Fund 368x8553, project account no. 25STEP.
