ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmember Walsh, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Central Avenue at Liberty Street in the West End neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Marvin Smith Way” in honor of Marvin Smith and in recognition of his contributions to the Cincinnati community as the proprietor of Ollie’s Trolley and his commitments to Cincinnati’s neighborhoods.
