ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Reading Road at Gholson Avenue in the Avondale neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Katt Williams Way” in honor of Micah “Katt” Williams, and in recognition of his contributions to the City of Cincinnati as a nationally recognized stand-up comedian, actor, and producer who has risen to fame due to his outstanding talent, hard work, and perseverance.
