MOTION, submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, WE MOVE that Cincinnati City Council approve the establishment of an LGBTQIA+ Commission to advise City Council and the administration on an ongoing basis about issues of concern and policy recommendations. The members of the commission would be appointed by the mayor and commissioners would not receive any remuneration for their service. A draft of the proposed Ordinance is attached.
