MOTION, submitted by Councilmembers Owens, Jeffreys, Albi, Nolan and Cramerding, WE MOVE that the Administration prepare an updated Human Services Fund ordinance with the following revisions. FURTHER WE MOVE that Council have the ability to declare, define, and identify the focus area for the FY26 Impact Award. (BALANCE ON FILE IN THE CLERK’S OFFICE)
