ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 11/20/2024, AMENDING Ordinance No. 31-2023, which authorized the City Manager to accept and appropriate a grant of up to $6,000,000 from the Congestion Mitigation/Air Quality program awarded through the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI) (ALN 20.205) to provide resources to upgrade and install a fiber optic Coordinated Traffic Control System in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, to increase the grant resource value to up to $6,600,000.
