ORDINANCE, submitted by Mayor Aftab Pureval, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, RENAMING General Fund balance sheet reserve account no. 050x3422, “Deferred Appropriations,” to “Discretionary Reserve”; and AUTHORIZING the transfer of $1,782,421 from the General Fund unappropriated surplus to renamed General Fund balance sheet reserve account no. 050x3422, “Discretionary Reserve,” to reserve resources to be used for one-time FY 2026 General Fund Operating Budget priorities.
