ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 10/30/2024, MODIFYING Chapter 507, “One-Way Streets,” of the Cincinnati Municipal Code by ORDAINING new Section 507-4, “Contra-Flow and Limited Access Lanes,” and by AMENDING Section 507-1, “One-Way Streets and Alleys,” to allow for the City Manager to designate lanes on two-way streets as limited to specific vehicles so as to provide for Complete Streets in the City of Cincinnati.
