ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Linn Street at Betton Street in the West End neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Domonic Davis Way” in honor of Domonic Davis, and as a reminder of the importance of creating safe spaces in communities for all children.
