MOTION, submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, WE MOVE that City Council allocate the remaining 2024 Closeout Budget carryover funds in the Operating Budget Contingencies Accounts as follows: 1. $50,000 for the FreeStore FoodBank to provide food for students after school at transit centers, per a partnership created by Councilmember Anna Albi.
