ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 10/16/2024, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for grant resources awarded by the United States Department of Transportation of up to $501,000,000 from the Multimodal Project Discretionary Grant Program (ALN 20.937), of up to $386,000,000 from the Bridge Investment Program (ALN 20.205), and of up to $50,000,000 from the Reconnecting Communities Pilot Program (ALN 20.940), all to provide resources for the construction of the Western Hills Viaduct; and AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for grant resources awarded by the Ohio Department of Transportation from the Transportation Review Advisory Council (ALN 20.205) of up to $70,000,000 to provide resources for the construction of the Western Hills Viaduct.
