ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 9/18/2024, AUTHORIZING the City Manager or her designee to apply for, accept, and appropriate Water Supply Revolving Loan Account loan funding in the amount of up to $30,000,000 from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority to reimburse costs incurred by the Greater Cincinnati Water Works to replace aging water mains and service lines; and AUTHORIZING the Finance Director to receive and deposit loan funds into Fund No. 756x8569.
