MOTION, (AMENDED) submitted by Councilmembers Cramerding, Harris, Jeffreys and Albi, WE MOVE that the funds from the potential tax credit refund from the Mercy Health Bon Secours office building in Bond Hill be redirected to housing, economic development, and other Capital projects. These funds should be allocated to projects in the neighborhoods who were affected by the closure of this and other Mercy Health facilities, ***with priority going to Bond Hill first, followed by Mt Airy, and Westwood.
