MOTION, dated 06/07/2024, submitted by Councilmember Owens, Human Service Funding Realignment for FY2025. WE MOVE that the administration realigned Human Service Funding in the following ways: increase the funding to housing programs by $34,426 on top of the current projected overage. Withhold allocation of $2,244,884.02 and have those funds remain in the City Manager’s office Non-Personnel operating budget, to ensure that these funds are not encumbered, until further guidance from the council is provided.
