ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 5/22/2024, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate $989,627 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Emergency Solutions Grant (“ESG”) Program to Emergency Shelter Grant Fund 445 project accounts in accordance with the 2024 Annual Action Plan and the attached Appropriation Schedule to fund projects and operating allocations for the ESG Program; ANNOUNCING the City’s intention to use this sum for projects and operating allocations for the ESG Program in accordance with the 2024 Annual Action Plan and the attached Appropriation Schedule and to file the 2024 Annual Action Plan; and AUTHORIZING the City Manager to file the 2024 Annual Action Plan.
