ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 5/22/2024, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a grant, effective FY 2025, of up to $225,406 from the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Health Preparedness (ALN 93.069) for the planning and implementation of emergency preparedness activities in response to public health threats such as bioterrorism, infectious disease outbreaks, and health-related emergencies at the county and regional public health level; and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the grant funds into Public Health Research Fund revenue account no. 350x8556, effective FY 2025.
