ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 4/3/2024, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a grant of up to $35,395 from the Ohio Urban Transit Program awarded by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to the Streetcar Operations Fund non-personnel operating budget account no. 455x236x7200 to provide funds for preventative maintenance on the streetcar system; and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the grant funds into Streetcar Operations Fund 455 revenue account no. 455x8534.
