ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Mayor Aftab Pureval and Councilmember Jeffreys, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, AUTHORIZING the transfer and return to source of $197,197.76 from capital improvement program project account no. 980x233x222390, “Red Bike Program Expansion,” to the unappropriated surplus of General Fund 050; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $197,197.76 from the unappropriated surplus of General Fund 050 to the Department of Transportation and Engineering FY 2024 non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x232x7200 to provide one-time recourses for operating support to allow Red Bike d/b/a Cincy Bike Share, Inc. to continue to operate in the City.
