ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmember Walsh, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that 12th Street at Vine Street in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Theatre Row” in recognition of the theatres in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and the arts and culture community in the City of Cincinnati.
