MOTION, submitted by Councilmember Cramerding and Owens, WE MOVE that the Administration to draft a report addressing the advantages and viability of the following guardrails for the CSR Trust: 1) Identifying a “hard floor” for the Capital Improvement Program that will increase annually with inflation so that the increases from the railway trust will guarantee direct increases in the Capital Improvement Program.
