RESOLUTION, submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, EXPRESSING the support of Council for Ohio House Bill 263, referred to as the “Senior Property Tax Freeze,” that would enact section 4503.0612 of the Revised Code to authorize a property tax freeze for certain owner-occupied homes owned by seniors.
