ESTABLISHING new capital improvement program project account no. 980x092x200928, “CAGIS Infrastructure - Urban Tree Canopy,” to provide resources for an assessment of the urban tree canopy for the benefit of the Cincinnati Parks Urban Forestry Program and the Metropolitan Sewer District; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate grant resources in an amount up to $101,000 from the United States Forest Service (CFDA 10.664) through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x092x200928, “CAGIS Infrastructure - Urban Tree Canopy"; AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of the sum of $55,500 from the unappropriated surplus of Fund 792, “Forestry Assessments.” to the newly established capital improvement program project account no. 980x092x200928, 'CAGIS Infrastructure - Urban Tree Canopy ‘; and that the remaining portion of funds required for completion of the urban tree canopy project, in the amount of $45,500, will be paid by the Metropolitan Sewer District from its approved budget, upon submission of the relevant invoice or other type of billing documentation by the City, for which the resulting payment by the Metropolitan Sewer District will be used by the City for the purpose of providing the Metropolitan Sewer District's portion of the costs for the “CAGIS Infrastructure - Urban Tree Canopy” capital improvement program project.
