DECLARING pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5709.40(B), improvements to certain parcels of real property located along Straight Street in the Clifton Heights neighborhood of Cincinnati, which improvements are to be constructed as part of a multi-phased project to be completed by OH UC Holdings II, LLC and OH UC Holdings III, LLC, affiliates of Trinitas Development LLC, to be public purpose and exempt from real property taxation for a period of time.
