DECLARING improvements to certain real property located at the northwest and northeast corners of Hamilton Avenue and North Bend Road in Cincinnati’s College Hill neighborhood, to be developed pursuant to the Property Sale and Development Agreement between the City of Cincinnati and College Hill Station LLC, to be a public purpose and to provide an exemption from real property taxation for a 30-year period pursuant to Section 5709.41 of the Ohio Revised Code.
