ESTABLISHING the salary schedules and classification titles for the new employment classifications of Permit Technician I , Permit Technician 2, and Permit Technician 3, and enacting Sections 122, 123, and 124 of Division 1, Chapter 307 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, in order to establish the new salary schedules and new classification titles of Permit Technician 1, Permit Technician 2, and Permit Technician 3; and further REPEALING Sections 925, 926, and 927 of Division 1, Chapter 307, in order to correspondingly abolish the classification positions of City Planning Technician 1, City Planning Technician 2, and City Planning Technician 3, consistent with the organizational changes described herein.
