ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by John Cranley from Paula Boggs Muething, City Solicitor, MODIFYING Chapter 306, "General Compensation Provisions," of Cincinnati Municipal Code by enacting new Section 306-71, "STABLE Accounts," to permit City of Cincinnati employees or their eligible family members to directly deposit designed portions of their paycheck earnings into a STABLE Account.
